I tried to return my order, but I really did not get anywhere. The replies were slow, the steps were confusing, and I am still waiting for my refund. It has been frustrating overall.

I tried using the site and I got confused quickly because the layout wasn’t very clear and I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed but every page felt like it led me somewhere else and after a while it just became more frustrating than helpful

I ordered a couple of small things i feel like it was a good deal for what I paid. The quality isn’t anything super fancy, but it was definetly better than I expected for the money. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars overall.

I was hoping to find a few cute pieces for my place, but the home decor selection felt limited, and I didn’t end up seeing much that fit my style.

I ordered a small decor piece from Zingz & Thingz because I thought the design was really cute, and it does look nice enough sitting on my shelf. But when I took it out of the box, I was a little disappointed. One edge felt rough and the paint wasn’t as even as I expected, so instead of just enjoying it, I ended up stressing over whether I should return it or just live with it. It’s not awful, but for the price I thought it would feel a bit more polished and solid. Shipping was fine, at least, but the finish could definitely be better...

I placed my order expecting it to arrive the following week, which seemed reasonable based on the info given. But the tracking barely updated, and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. I reached out to support, but they mostly gave me the same generic response, which didn’t really help. To be fair, the package did eventually arrive, but it was much later than expected. I just think customers should get clearer updates if there are delays. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date

The package showed up crushed and partly open, which already wasn’t a great sign. Then I pulled the item out and it had scratches all over it, a chipped corner, and some dusty weird residue on it like it had been sitting around or used before.
it gave me a total bait and switch feeling because I paid for something new and expected it to arrive that way. I reached out to them, but I’m still waiting on a real solution, and the whole thing has just been frustrating.

I ordered a set from zingznthingz.com and, for the most part, the color was really close to what I saw in the photos. In my room it looked maybe a little darker than it did online, but not enough to bother me. Depending on your lighting or screen settings, I could see it looking slightly different for other people too. It still worked well with my space, so I’m happy with it overall. I took off one star just because it wasn’t an exact match.

I thought this was okay for the price, but I wasn’t totally impressed. From a distance it looks nice, which I liked, but once I got closer and actually handled it, a few parts felt kind of cheap to me. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the quality felt a little inconsistent. It’s not bad, and I don’t regret buying it, I just hoped it would feel a bit better overall.

I was disappointed when this showed up because it looked a lot different than the pictures online. The color was off, the size wasn’t what I expected, and overall it just didn’t feel like the same item. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while my kettle was whistling in the background, so the whole thing kind of stuck in my mind. It felt a bit misleading, and I don’t think I’d order it again.

The item itself was fine, but the box showed up crushed and barely taped shut. It looked like it was packed in a rush, which is frustrating considering the price. I’d really expect at least an apology for how poorly it arrived.

I really liked it when I first got it and it seemed like it would be handy. Unfortunately, after just two days of use, it started falling apart, which was really disappointing. It had potential and looked decent, but I wish it had been made a lot more durable

I reached out to them twice... i still haven’t gotten any kind of reply!!! Not sure what’s going on, but it’s frustrating when you’re just left waiting like that??

so I gave Zingz & Thingz a try, but i don’t really see myself ordering from there again.

The whole experience just didn’t feel worth it to me, and there wasn’t anything that made me think I’d want to come back for another order.

Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it was more of a one-time thing.

The dimensions did end up matching my space well, which was a relief. I just wish I hadn’t had to put in so much effort double-checking everything beforehand...

I’ve been waiting for an update on my exchange for way too long now, and it feels like I’ve been left in the dark. I don’t mind a little wait, but not knowing what’s going on or when I’ll hear back is really frustrating.

My order showed up sooner than I was expecting, so that was nice. The tracking was alright, not super detailed, but enough to kind of know what was going on with it. I took off one star because they were a little slow with the updates, but it still got here fast overall.

I went on zingznthingz.com looking for a few seasonal things, most of what I wanted was either out of stock or just nowhere to be found. Maybe they didn’t restock much for the holiday rush, but it definitely felt like the selection was picked over before I even got there. The site itself worked fine, but the availability was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t use it again for holiday shopping.

My order did end up arriving, so that’s good, but the tracking was frustrating. It just sat on the same update for days, and I kept wondering, where is my package even supposed to be? Customer service was okay when I reached out, but if the shipping info doesn’t improve, would I really want to order again? Probably not.
